Beauty and the Beast | A Bela e o Monstro

May is almost finished, summer is coming, but problems are still near us. The beauty of the flowers, trees, sun, ..., everything is compel us to spend a nice time in the park and relax. Unfortunately, with the beauty the monster: pollen. With him, it also arrives rhinitis, asthma episodes, allergies, and other problems associated with our respiratory system.  

Maio está a terminar, o verão a chegar, mas os problemas continuam muito perto de nós. A beleza das flores, as árvores, o sol,..., tudo nos convida a passar uns bons momentos ao ar livre e no relaxe. Infelizmente, com a beleza chega o monstro: os pólens. Com ele, chegam rinites, crises asmáticas, alergias, e outros agravamentos do nosso sistema respiratório.

According to Sociedade Portuguesa de Alergologia, the levels of pollen are extremely high in Portugal, except in Algarve, up to June 4, where a new report will be released.

De acordo com a Sociedade Portuguesa de Alergologia, os níveis de pólens estarão em níveis muito elevados em Portugal, com excepção do Algarve, até 4 de Junho, quando um novo relatório polínico será divulgado.
